WG 4 has hold a meeting on High-Throughput Techniques in EMF Research on May 19, 2009 at STUK-Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority premisses in Helsinki, Finland.

In early February 2009, all members working on this topic have received from the electronic files of all articles published on the subject of biological effects of electromagnetic fields and executed with the use of high throughput screening techniques of transcriptomics and proteomics. All members have performed reviews of all articles and analyzed them according to general rules of peer-review.

The COST BM0704 Management Committee will hold its 3rd meeting on 17 June in Davos, Switzerland.

Combined with the MC meeting the Working Groups of the Action will hold meetings in Davos. Additionally the Action will have a poster presentation at the annual meeting of the Bioelectromagnetics Society, which will take place in Davos from 15 to 19 June 2009 in co-operation with EBEA (European BioElectromagnetics Association).
